CLOSED MEETING OF THE PEQUOT LAKES CITY COUNCIL <br />MONDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2023 <br />PEQUOT LAKES CITY HALL <br />Members Present: Mayor Gardner, Council Members Clement, Pederson, and <br />Ronning <br />Members Absent: Council Member Seils <br />Staff Present: Rick Spiczka, City Administrator; Angie Duus, City <br />Clerk/Treasurer; Mike Davis, Police Chief; and Ryan Franz, Police <br />Sergeant <br />1. Closed Session in Accordance with MN Statute 13D.05. Subd. 3(a) for the <br />Performance of Kate Peterson, City of PeQuot Lakes Employee <br />The Council went into closed session at 7:40 p.m. <br />Present at the closed session included Mayor Gardner, Council Member <br />Clement, Council Member Pederson, Council Member Ronning, City <br />Administrator Rich Spiczka, City Clerk/Treasurer Angie Duus, Police Chief Mike <br />Davis, and Police Sergeant Ryan Franz. <br />The closed session was electronically recorded pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 13D.05, Subdivision 1. <br />The Council discussed the agenda item. <br />2.
