City Council Minutes December 2, 2014 Page 8 of 10 Mike Loven requested authorization to purchase a 2015 Ford F350 truck from Mills Ford at a cost of$25,300 with the funds to be paid from the Roads and Streets capital outlay budget. He stated that he received two quotes; one from the State bid contractor and one from Mills Ford. Because Mills Ford bid came in $300 higher than the State vendor located in Roseville, MN, he requested the Council to accept the bid from Mills Ford in Baxter.
