RESOLUTION <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES ACCEPTING RESIGNATION <br /> AND DECLARING A VACANCY <br /> WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes City Council has received the written resignation of <br /> Tyler Gardner stating that he will resign from his position as Pequot Lakes <br /> City Council Member, effective December 31, 2014; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regretfully accepts Tyler Gardner's resignation effective <br /> December 31, 2014. <br /> WHEREAS, that the City Council declares that a vacancy exists on the Pequot Lakes <br /> City Council effective December 31, 2014. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> will accept"Letters of Interest" from those residents who are interested in <br /> being appointed to serve on the City Council to fill the vacant position of <br /> Council Member for the remainder of the term,through December 31, <br /> 2016. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this 2"d day of December, 2014. <br /> Nancy A.
