The plan has not been officially adopted. The last update occurred <br /> in 2011. In January, 2014 the City Council directed the Planning Commission to review <br /> and update the plan since revitalization of the downtown area is crucial to the long-term <br /> financial health of the City. <br /> The Planning Commission, along with input from the Park Board, provides the attached <br /> update for final review. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> The Planning Commission unanimously recommends the Pequot Lakes Downtown Plan <br /> be approved. <br /> Pequot Lakes Council Report Recommendation#3 <br /> December 2,2014 <br />
