Modification. Subcontracting& Assignment. Pequot Lakes shall not subcontract or assign any portion <br /> of this Contract to another without prior written permission from Breezy Point. Services <br /> provided to Breezy Point pursuant to a mutual aid agreement Pequot Lakes has, or may <br /> enter into, with another entity does not constitute a subcontract or assignment requiring <br /> prior approval of Breezy Point so long as Pequot Lakes remains primarily responsible for <br /> providing fire services to Breezy Point' Service Territory. <br /> 15. Termination. This Contract may be terminated at anytime during its term by mutual <br /> agreement of the Parties. Either Party may also terminate this Contract by personally <br /> serving a one-year written notice of termination on the other Party. This Contract shall <br /> terminate one-year from the date of personal service of the written termination notice, <br /> unless the Party serving the notice withdraws the notice in writing before it is effective. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Breezy Point fails to make the payment by December <br /> 31st for the fire services established herein, Pequot Lakes may terminate this Contract 60 <br /> days from the date of personal service of written termination notice. As an alternative to <br /> termination for non-payment as provided above, services provided by Pequot Lakes <br /> under this Contract may be suspended by Pequot Lakes, in its discretion, upon 30 days <br /> written notice to Breezy Point, in the event that Breezy Point does not, by the respective <br /> 5 <br />
