CHECK REGISTER <br />Council Members Akerson and Ryan had several questions on certain <br />items pertaining to the check register. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF <br />THE BILLS. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />4. Open Forum <br />No one appeared for open forum. <br />5. Presentations <br />5.1. Music General Presentation <br />Dan Kuhn from Music General gave a brief presentation of the video <br />recording from the December Council Meeting. The Council noted that the <br />video quality was not very clear. Discussion was held about how to <br />improve the video quality. Some suggestions include upgrading to a better <br />quality camera (cost of approximately $2,000), dimming the lights, and <br />painting the walls a darker color. <br />6.
