Justin has given his <br /> resignation which is attached. We currently have a contract for <br /> planning services with Community Growth which runs through the <br /> end of January. Chuck Marohn has informed me that he will fulfill <br /> the contract with the City through January 31 but will no longer be <br /> offering no longer be offering consultant planning services after <br /> that date. <br /> I am currently working with National Joint Powers Alliance <br /> (NJPA) on a possible solution. NJPA is considering hiring a <br /> planner who would work for cities on a consulting basis. They <br /> understand the urgency of the situation and plan to move forward <br /> as soon as possible. NJPA has requested me to be part of the <br /> interview panel. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council consensus to allow the Clerk <br /> to continue working with NJPA on this issue. <br />
