In the <br /> event of a disaster or business interruption, the City of Pequot Lakes would address the <br /> following issues in the following manner: <br /> Interim Office Space <br /> Should the City Hall be rendered uninhabitable,the following buildings would be used by <br /> City Employees to resume operations: <br /> • Water Plant <br /> • Cole Memorial Building <br /> Recovery of Technology Infrastructure and Data <br /> CITY CLERK'S AND PLANNING AND ZONING OFFICE <br /> Data Files Stored Off-Site: <br /> • Cascade Computers can have full replacement of all equipment and configuration <br /> of equipment within two days. <br /> • Planning and Zoning data files,and City Clerk depaftnients, and water and sewer <br /> billing data is backed up all data once a week daily. A monthly tape is kept in the <br /> safety deposit box at Lakes State Bank for 6 months and the weekly back up tapes <br /> are rotated at the safety deposit box. Data disks are rotated and stored as follows: <br /> • Daily Tapes—Kept in File Cabinet in Clerks Office <br /> • Friday Tapes are stored in a safety deposit box at Lakes State Bank and <br /> rotated each Friday <br /> • Monthly Tapes—are stored in a safety deposit box at Lakes State Bank and <br /> rotated every six months <br /> • Software programs are all stored in the police evidence room which is fully <br /> concrete. <br /> S:\Sandy Documents\City Clerk\Policies\Business Continuity\Business Continuity Plan <br /> Revised 120108.doc <br />
