Discussion ensued regarding removing maximum building height in residential zones, <br /> maximum height is measured at the midpoint of roof between the eave and peak and <br /> allowing accessory structures up to 25 feet on residential zoned lots. <br /> Mr. Burslie stated the county has an ordinance allowing 2 accessory structures up to i6o <br /> sq ft without a permit per parcel in residential zones. Discussion ensued regarding <br /> whether the Commission would like to continue requiring permits for small accessory <br /> structures.The Planning Commission would like to remove the requirement for permits <br /> for small accessory structures mirroring the County standards in residential zones. <br /> 6.
