A__ <br /> Pine River Area Sanitary District <br /> 2567 24th Ave.SW Phone:(218)587-2924 <br /> Pine River,MN 56474-4001 Fax:(218)587-4954 <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> This Memorandum of Understanding is by and between the Pine River Area <br /> Sanitary District (PRASD) (hereinafter referred to as the "District"), and the City <br /> of Pequot Lakes, MN, (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), and is entered into in <br /> conjunction with the Mutual Aid Agreement between the District and the City, <br /> which becomes effective March 1, 2007. <br /> With regard to the aforementioned Agreement, it is understood that in keeping <br /> with the acknowledged differential of labor provided, i.e. District two weeks labor <br /> versus City one week, the City agrees to provide the District compensation of <br /> $100 every third week of the Agreement term. <br /> On a quarterly basis the District will confer with the City regarding costs of <br /> services provided.
