Call the meeting to order <br /> Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm <br /> 2. Chief Schwankl gave a presentation about ladder trucks, costs, and construction timelines. Also presented <br /> was a proposal to purchase a 101' platform ladder truck that was currently being built as a demo truck and <br /> would be available for delivery in January 2024. Cost for the truck is $1,409,470. The same truck if order <br /> today would cost$1,779,938 and would have a delivery in approximately 2-2 'A years. Breezy Point City <br /> Administrator Chanski discussed how financing would work and limitations for the District to bond as a <br /> separate entity and that the City of Breezy Point would handle the bonding for the truck. A motion was <br /> made by Tyler with a second from Pete to sign a contract with Heiman Fire to purchase the purposed <br /> Rosenbauer platform ladder truck. A role call vote was called for. Meeting adjourned at 6:28pm by motion from Tyler, second by Pete. Motion passed. <br />
