No public comments on the vacation of <br /> Lilac Drive. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT MOVED TO OPEN THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING MOVED TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED. MAYOR GARDNER OBSTAINED. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING MOVED TO APPROVE RESOLUTION 23-15, <br /> VACATION OF LILAC DRIVE IN STAFF REPORT. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED. MAYOR <br /> GARDNER OBSTAINED. <br /> 5.2. EDC Update <br /> Matt Lottman, EDC Chair, gave the update as to what the EDC has been working <br /> on the last month. The EDC is working on the following: <br /> 1. County Road 11 development will be providing further information on <br /> the project. <br /> 2. The city needs to update the business directory on the website. <br /> 3. Highway 371 billboard sign needs to be updated. <br /> Council Member Pederson and Council Member Ronning would like to see the <br /> sign change semi-annually or annually, but the timing would depend on the cost <br /> of changing the sign. <br /> Council members would like the EDC to work up a marketing plan for the sign <br /> and the business directory on the City's website. <br /> 6. Planning and Zoning <br /> 6.1. Planning Commission Report <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission report was presented to the Council. <br /> 6.2. Preliminary Plat—Patriot Pines <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT MOVED TO UNTABLE THE PRELIMINARY <br /> PLAT— PATRIOT PINES FROM THE JUNE 5, 2023, MEETING. SECONDED <br /> BY COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON. MOTION CARRIED. MAYOR GARDNER <br /> OBSTAINED. <br />
