(1). Application for a Temporary Expansion of Premises License. The <br /> licensee shall provide the following information on forms provided by <br /> the City Clerk. <br /> a. The name and addresses of the on-sale license holder and if the <br /> holder is a company,the name and addresses of its owners, <br /> officers or partners. <br /> b. A specific description and diagram of the area in which the <br /> temporary expansion activity is to occur. This area must be <br /> compact and contiguous to the permanently licensed premises, <br /> and be surrounded by physical enclosure devices. The diagram <br /> should indicate how the area will be physically enclosed,and <br /> show the location of tables, chairs,food and beverage stations, <br /> and any other important features. <br /> c. The purpose for which the temporary expansion is sought,and a <br /> description of the planned activities including projected <br /> attendance, entertainment including any amplified music,food <br /> and beverage service, security plans,parking,and hours of <br /> operation. <br /> d. Such other information as the City Council may deem <br /> necessary. <br /> (2). Sales and Consumption. No sales or consumption of alcoholic <br /> beverages shall be permitted beyond the Expanded Premises. <br /> (3). Police Protection. If required by the City Council,the applicant shall <br /> provide, at the applicant's expense,policing of the licensed premises by <br /> security personnel approved by the Police Chief. <br /> (4). Hours of Sale and Consumption. In addition to the provisions of this <br /> Chapter,the City Council may further restrict the sale and consumption <br /> of alcoholic beverages pursuant to a Temporary Expansion License to <br /> certain hours. <br /> (5). Identification. The applicant shall require proof of legal age to <br /> consume at the time of sale of an alcoholic beverage. Furthermore,the <br /> City Council may require each person to whom a sale is made to wear a <br /> wrist band or an identification stamp on the person's hand to identify <br /> that the person is of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. <br /> (6). Proof of Insurance. The applicant shall file proof that liability <br /> insurance, at a minimum amount of$1,000,000 per occurrence; <br /> $2,000,000 annual aggregate,applies to the Expanded Premises. <br /> (7). Amplified Music. All speakers used to amplify music,or any other <br /> activity, are to be set up at ground level. Any deviation from ground <br /> Page 8of9 <br />
