Open Forum <br /> Jenni Gonczy, 3940 Hubbard St, asked the Council to be present at the <br /> splashpad ribbon cutting at the grand opening on May 25 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 <br /> pm. She said there are 13 groups and organizations that will be participating in <br /> the ribbon cutting. She said the whole project would not be possible without the <br /> City Council's participation. She stated she would like to close a part of the street <br />
