The committee felt it would be beneficial to offer the <br /> option of an HSA. <br /> CURRENT MAJOR MEDICAL POLICY RENEWAL <br /> Family Premium: $1,051.41 per month <br /> Single Premium: $763.11 per month <br /> (This represents an 8.38% increase) <br />
