Certification by Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. Mathematical closure of the outside boundaries of the plat and the outside <br /> boundaries of the lots, blocks and outlots, if any therein. <br /> p. Lot and block numbering. <br /> 4. Boundary line designation. <br /> 5. Sufficient mathematical data necessary to locate and retrace all interior and exterior <br /> lines. <br /> 6. All curve data, if applicable. <br /> 7. Dedication as compared with the plat graphics. <br /> 8. Scale of drawing. <br /> 9. Street and easement dedication and widths, if applicable. <br /> 10. Required monuments shown on plat. <br /> 11. Scale, north arrow and basis for bearings shown on plat. <br /> 12.Water elevation and benchmark, if applicable, shown on plat. <br /> 13.
