Mark Jurchen stated that the biggest concern is to get municipal consent and try to get the money to do the project. He stated that if it can be done within a couple of years we should continue on with the plan. Patrick Smith suggested that the city develop options for both a through town and alternate around town route and let MnDOT choose the route t wants.
