The <br /> present road sits within this"half'R/W. A more common City street R/W is 66 feet. From Davis <br /> Street to the south,there is 66 feet of platted R/W. <br /> The City is presently discussing with the School District acquiring 33 feet of R/W from West <br /> Lake Street down to the south edge of their property/the north edge of your property. <br /> The City would like to discuss with you acquiring 33 feet along the western edge of your <br /> property from the north side of your property (south side of the School District property)down to <br /> the south side of your property(the platted Davis Street). This distance is approximately 980 feet, <br /> and so the area involved would be about 32,340 square feet or about 0.74 acres.
