CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A REZONING IN THE RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT TO THE SHORELINE RESIDENTIAL CLASSIFICATION <br />DECEMBER 14, 2006 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AT <br />CITY HALL <br />4638 COUNTY ROAD 11 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />The following will be the subject of a public hearing on December 14, 2006, beginning at <br />6:30 p.m. <br />Hearing: Rezoning. <br />Applicant: City of Pequot Lakes. <br />Property Description: Property is located along St. Highway 371. Parcel ID is: <br />290221400A00009. James Sherwood and Curtis Lindel, property owners. <br />Purpose: Application is for rezoning in the Residential District to the Shoreline <br />Residential zoning classification. The City recently rezoned all properties within the City <br />to be consistent with the adoption of the new Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance, but <br />property owners had the option of requesting a separate public hearing for their <br />individual properties. This public hearing is being held at the property owner's request, <br />and the zoning classification listed is the City's proposed classifications. All interested <br />persons are invited to attend this hearing and be heard or send written comments to City <br />Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are available at City Hall at <br />least one week prior to the hearing date. Copies of the Staff Report regarding this <br />application are available at City Hall or on-line at www.communitvarowth.com. <br />Property Owners Please Note: Notice relative to the above listed request is sent to all <br />property owners within 350' of the applicant's property.
