I am <br />requesting the City Council to reassign the $110,000 to the <br />2014 for capitol improvements in the Street Department. <br />Projects will be presented soon to the City Council for <br />consideration in the 2014 construction season. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: Council motion reassigning <br />$110,000 from the 2013 Roads and Streets Capitol Outlay <br />to 2014 Roads and Streets Capitol Outlay.
