The preliminary plat approval was <br /> granted by the City in June 2014. <br /> The applicant is requesting an amendment to the existing plat of Common Interest <br /> Community Number 1079 for Wilderness Resort Villas. The proposed amendment <br /> includes the creation of a lot for a lodge building (approved via CUP in March 2014), and <br /> the realignment and reconfiguration of various lots on the subject property. The plat <br /> also includes the addition of Lot 45 which is identified on the survey as a lot for a <br /> 3 bedroom "Caretaker's Home." <br /> The subject property is located at 6316 Wilderness Road and is zoned "Shoreline <br /> Commercial"and"Open Space." The property is adjacent to Middle Cullen Lake which is <br /> classified by the DNR as a"General Development"lake. <br /> The overall density of the resort is being decreased with the amendment plat. <br /> Six twinhome building sites will be removed, two triplex sites will be removed and one <br /> triplex site will be reduced to a duplex site.
