Would we want such traffic going through this residential neighborhood? Finally, related to our above comments on a bigger picture look,there is a driveway(I would submit it is a fairly substantial corridor) adjacent to the east side of this Sketch Plan parcel (0605)that serves the large parcel (0604)to the east and south of this Sketch Plan parcel.We understand that the Sketch Plan parcel owner does not control this 0604 larger parcel. But, it is not unusual that such driveways (for the 0604 parcel) are proposed as a ROW corridor when such larger parcels get subdivided in the future.Again,we know this is a lot of forecasting, but, if it would play out this way, the proposed Lots 1, 2,and 3 would have a street on both the front and back of their lots. Definitely not efficient or what anyone would want to see. Access/Driveways: It is still early at a Sketch Plan stage to make comments.
