CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 08- <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT FOR AMERICAN LEGION FOR <br /> CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT THE AMERICAN LEGION POST 49 <br /> WHEREAS, the American Legion Post #49 has requested a Premise Permit renewal; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Premise Permit will allow charitable gambling at the American Legion <br /> Post 349 at 4435 Main Street in Pequot Lakes, MN; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Premise Permit will run from September 1 , 2008 to August 31 , 2010. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes, Minnesota approves the premise permit renewal requested by the American ....� <br /> Legion Post #49 to operate charitable gambling at the American Legion located at 4435 <br /> Main Street in Pequot Lakes, MN, from September 1 , 2008 to August 31 , 2010. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 3rd day of June, 2008. <br /> Cathy Malecha, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra A.
