We agree with all the conditions except the compensation. We will <br /> accept the agreement with compensation of$7500. <br /> The following is our rationale: <br /> 1. The disturbed area is larger than shown on your drawings. <br /> 2. Valuable mature trees were removed. <br /> 3. The property value is diminished. <br /> 4. We intend to plant larger trees.
