Public Works Report <br /> The September 2022 Public Works Report was received by Council. Mayor <br /> Gardner asked if the spray patching has been done. Mr. Roy stated that it started <br /> today and said they got a lot of manholes that were snagging the plows. He <br /> explained spray patching is similar to crack sealing, but they put rocks in it and its <br /> very hard. He said CRS is doing the work. <br />
