CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 08- <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT FOR PEQUOT LAKES YOUTH <br /> HOCKEY TO OPERATE PULL TABS AT TIMBER JACK SMOKE HOUSE <br /> WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes Youth Hockey Association has requested a Premise <br /> Permit Renewal; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Premise Permit renewal will allow the sale of Pull Tabs at Timber Jack <br /> Smoke House located at 4443 County Road 168; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Premise Permit will run from July 2008 to July 2010. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes, Minnesota, approves the premise permit renewal requested by the Pequot Lakes <br /> Youth Hockey Association to sell pull tabs at Timber Jack Smoke House located at 4443 <br /> County Road 168 in Pequot Lakes, MN, from July 2008 to July 2010. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 3rd day of June, 2008. <br /> Cathy Malecha, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra A.
