Understanding your request and following our research of the previous plat and City <br /> requirements,we have a good understanding of the professional land survey and platting services required for <br /> each location. <br /> Based on your request we are proposing the services necessary for the completion of a new subdivision plat.The <br /> plat will be completed in accordance with the City of Pequot Lakes subdivision requirements.Along with the <br /> updated new lot boundary,the plat will include the dedication of road right of way and necessary drainage and <br /> utility easements.We have outlined a detailed list of our proposed scope of services for this project as follows: <br /> Subdivision Platting Services <br /> Field Survey <br /> • Utilize previous surveys, recorded plats and the current title documentation to be provided as the <br /> base for the platting process <br /> • Verify the existing property corner monuments and establish new iron pipe monuments at the <br /> proposed property and right of way corners marked by white wood stakes and pink flagging following <br /> final approval. <br /> Wetland Delineation <br /> • We understand that the Delineation was completed previously for the HOTGL overall survey and <br /> shovel ready project.We propose to utilize that data for this project. <br /> Office Computations and Drawings <br /> • Utilize the information collected during the current and previous fieldwork as the base for the <br /> preliminary and final plat drawings <br /> • Utilize previous survey and supplemental new location work for recent site improvements to produce <br /> the required 2 foot contour topography information <br /> • Utilize the previous wetland delineation limits as required by MN Ch.505. <br /> • Attend a pre-application review meeting with the City to determine the final lot boundary's,right of <br /> way and easement locations <br /> • Make changes outlined during the review meeting and finalize the layouts for submittal <br /> • Prepare the Preliminary and Final Plat drawings in accordance with the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Preliminary and Final Plat application requirements. <br /> • Prepare the Plat applications <br /> • Obtain the required independent plat check <br /> • Perform the final plat staking calculations <br /> • Obtain mylar copies suitable for recording <br /> ARCHITECTS • ENGINEERS • SCIENTISTS • SURVEYORS <br />
