He requested the Council to reduce his market value to the <br /> 2006 value. Council Member Ryan indicated that there has been no real <br /> appreciation since the 2006 valuations. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED THAT THE VALUATION FOR <br /> PARCELS 291020030080009 AND 291020030090009 BE REDUCED <br /> TO THE 2006 VALUES FOR THIS YEAR. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> ORASKOVICH SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 5. Dino Guerin. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO REDUCE THE VALUATION ON <br /> THE DNR BUILDING TO THE 2006 VALUATION. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 6. David Amundson <br /> Stated that his value was too high. Requested a reduction in market value. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO REDUCE THE MARKET <br /> VALUE FOR PARCEL 290142300K00009 TO THE PURCHASE PRICE <br /> OF $159,000. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 7. Ken Nornberg — Jon's Auto Body <br /> Stated his taxes were very high and requested a reduction in market <br /> value. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO REDUCE THE MARKET <br /> VALUE FOR PARCEL 29113003002 TO THE 2006 VALUE. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER ORASKOVICH SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 8. George Johnson — Beautiful Antiques <br /> Mr. Johnson noted that his taxes were continually increasing. <br />
