Pequot Lakes Police Monthly Report <br /> September 2022: During the month of September(1st-30th),the Pequot Lakes Police <br /> Department has a record of 322 calls for service. Call types include but are not limited to: <br /> • Burning Complaint <br /> • EMS <br /> • Domestic <br /> • Driving Complaint <br /> • Motorist Assist <br /> • Property Damage Accident <br /> • Public Assist <br /> • Suspicious Activity/Person/Vehicle <br /> • Theft <br /> • Welfare Check <br /> Notable Calls: <br /> On 9/17/22, Officer Derek Johnson performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for having no taillights <br /> after dark. After observing signs of intoxication, Officer Johnson conducted field sobriety tests <br /> and administered a breathalyzer on the driver.The male was ultimately arrested for <br /> Misdemeanor 4th Degree DWI. <br /> On 9/18/22, Officer Kiel Rustad performed a traffic stop on a vehicle whose owner was showing <br /> a revoked status and possible warrants. Officer Rustad turned around on the vehicle and <br /> located it parked in the A-Pine Restaurant unoccupied.After a search of the area,the male was <br /> located and taken into custody. Officer Rustad was assisted by the Nisswa Police, Breezy Point <br /> Police, Crosslake Police and Crow Wing County Sheriffs Office. <br />
