Lee Holck,306T7 Pequot Blvd.,to remove and replace a porch; <br /> 4. Steve Naples,31222 N.Washington Avenue,for a fence; <br /> 5. Gale Clemons,xxxx S. Sluetter Road,for a new home and garage; <br /> 6. Pat Kiffineyer,4560 Engen Road,for an addition; <br /> 7. Minnesota Power,for a Right-of-Way permit to replace a pole and install <br /> underground services; <br /> 8. Melissa Jobe, 3872 West Sibley Street,to remove and replace accessory <br /> structure. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> 1. September 9 letter to Debra and John Wesp regarding metes and bounds <br /> subdivision. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> > Robert Swenson—The City Council declared this property a public nuisance <br /> in 2017. The Prosecuting Attorney settled the case without resolution. <br /> (6/16) <br /> > Timothy&Kristi Crist— Exterior Storage and Abandoned Vehicles. (4/20) <br /> > Lloyd&Darleen McAninch— Exterior Storage. Staff has contacted <br /> individual occupying parcel. Numerous items have been removed. (4/20) <br /> > Lonesome Real Estate LLC— Offsite Sign. (5/20) <br /> > John&Sarah Olson—Exterior Maintenance. (8/20) <br /> > Joseph&Joann Lutter—After-the-Fact Land Use Permit. This will be <br /> removed from the violation list. Property owners applied for and received an <br /> ATF Land Use Permit.
