Tract 16-08: Lots 3 & 4, Block 3 and adjacent portion of vacated Oak St., Klattes's <br /> Addition to Pequot <br /> 2. Tract 17-08: Lots 5 & 6, Block 3 and adjacent portion of vacated Oak St., Klattes's <br /> Addition to Pequot <br /> What are the next steps? <br /> 1 . Our Office will seek quotes for appraisal services <br /> 2. The County Board will review the quotes and award the appraisal work. <br /> 3. Our Office will request remittance of the appraisal fee from the City prior to commencement of <br /> appraisal. <br /> 4. The appraisal will be reviewed with the County Board and they will set the sale price. <br /> 5. Our Office will request remittance of the sale price plus miscellaneous fees. <br /> 6.
