Review Minutes <br /> Minutes approved as submitted. <br /> 2. Emergency Preparedness Plan <br /> Janet will try to have the Plan complete by April Council meeting. Committee is <br /> comfortable having the Plan go straight to Council for approval with out <br /> reviewing it first. <br /> 3 . Drug & Alcohol Training <br /> Supervisor training is scheduled for March 10th, 9:00 — 12:00 <br /> 4. Evacuation Plan Update <br /> Mike Loven has a blue print of the building to start marking exits. <br /> 5 . Safety & Health Program check List <br /> Committee reviewed the safety and health program check list. <br /> It was discussed that some departments need to work on signs, labels and tagging. <br /> Fire Dept will order tags. <br /> Tom Nelson will check on requirements for having fire alarms in the City Hall <br /> building. Currently, there are none. <br /> Emergency Response section: <br /> — Maintenance Department goes through the City Hall building once <br /> each month and does inspection and maintenance of equipment. <br /> — Tina stated the Water Department has a typed policy & procedure. <br /> 1 <br />
