MONTHLY REPORT <br /> TO <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT <br /> March, 2008 <br /> Land Use Permits: <br /> The Zoning Office has received and processed one Sign Permit and two <br /> Land Use Permits. The fees collected were $455.20. <br /> The Zoning Office also received one Preliminary Plat application, one <br /> Conditional Use Permit application, and two Metes and Bounds Subdivision <br /> applications. The applications, along with their supporting documents, have <br /> been forwarded to the City Planner to be included on an upcoming Planning <br /> Commission Agenda. The fees collected were $3,800.00. <br /> Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) Permits: <br /> There were no SSTS Designs submitted for approval. <br /> Meetings Attended: <br /> • March 3 —Regular monthly City Council meeting— 6:30 p.m. <br /> • March 6 — SSTS meeting in Grand Rapids — 9:00 a.m. <br /> • March 7 —Monthly Budget meeting— 9:45 a.m. <br /> • March 12 —Met with property owner and City Planner to discuss <br /> potential redevelopment of parcel. <br /> • March 12 —Highway 371 Alternate Route Committee — 10:00 a.m. <br /> • March 13 — Safety meeting— 9:00 a.m. <br /> • March 18 —Economic Development Committee — 8:00 a.m. <br /> • March 20 —Regular monthly Planning Commission meeting— 6:30 <br /> p.m. <br /> Completed March 26, 2008 1 <br />
