A member from the EDC will be present <br /> to give the Council an update of the meeting. <br /> The highlights of the meeting are as follows: <br /> • Health Care - Discussion on Health Care trends and <br /> needs in the area <br /> • Business Inventory- Update on the inventory that the <br /> EDC conducted of all businesses in the City and a <br /> preview of the newscast video done by Lakeland <br /> News <br /> • Business Brochures - The EDC made a motion to <br /> secure a grant for a business brochure <br /> • Small Cities Development Grant — Consensus to <br /> wait for one year to apply due to timing of the <br /> highway and downtown plan <br />
