Section 15-3.11 of the City Code states: <br /> Section 15-3.11. UPGRADE, REPAIR, REPLACEMENT AND <br /> ABANDONMENT <br /> 3. Failure to Protect Groundwater: An SSTS that is determined not to be protective <br /> of groundwater in accordance with Minnesota Rule 7080.1500, SubP.4(B)shall <br /> be upgraded, repaired, replaced or abandoned by the owner in accordance with <br /> the provisions of this Article within 10 months upon receipt of a Notice of <br /> Noncompliance and must meet Class I sizing requirements according to <br /> Minnesota Rule 7080.1860. <br /> This system must be upgraded, repaired, replaced or abandoned no later than June <br /> 22,2022.
