It is our <br /> understanding you plan to perform the following: <br /> 1. A retention pond will be constructed in the area indicated on the attached map <br /> near the grass and part of the north parking lot; <br /> 2. The area used as the south parking area will be regraded so stormwater flows <br /> north to the retention pond; <br /> 3. A berm shall be created along the east property line to retain stormwater within <br /> the property lines; <br /> 4. If necessary,the south driveway will cease to be used as an entrance/exit from <br /> this parking area; entrance and exit for the entire parcel would be from the north <br /> asphalt parking area; <br /> 5. The downspout for the gutter on the office building will be moved to the south <br /> edge of the roofline so rainwater will be diverted toward the retention pond. <br /> This letter,when signed,will verify the above agreement between the City and you as <br /> Pequot Lakes property owners. <br />
