cl"� <br /> Pequot <br /> Laes <br /> NEW BUSINESS—SUBDIVISION APPROVAL EXTENSION <br /> Application: Land Use, Subdivision Approval Extension <br /> Applicant: David Dahlquist <br /> Agenda Item: 6.2 <br /> Background Information: In August, 2021 Mr. Dahlquist received approval <br /> for a metes and bounds subdivision for this property located at 6044 North <br /> Sluetter Road on Sibley Lake. Mr. Dahlquist has been unsuccessful selling the lot <br /> and is requesting a 6-month extension of this approval to decide whether or not <br /> to subdivide the lot into a smaller size. <br /> Applicable Regulations: <br /> Section 17-11.9 SUBDIVISIONS <br /> 5. Metes and Bounds Subdivision Approval, Subdivisions less than 10 acres in size <br /> or less than 500 feet in width. <br /> H. Failure of the subdivider to act after an approval of a Metes and <br /> Bounds subdivision within one (1) year shall void the approval <br /> unless extended by the Planning Commission.
