cl"� <br /> Pequot <br /> Laes <br /> NEW BUSINESS—SUBDIVISION APPROVAL EXTENSION <br /> Application: Land Use, Subdivision Approval Extension <br /> Applicant: David Dahlquist <br /> Agenda Item: 6.2 <br /> Background Information: In August, 2021 Mr. Dahlquist received approval <br /> for a metes and bounds subdivision for this property located at 6044 North <br /> Sluetter Road on Sibley Lake. Mr. Dahlquist has been unsuccessful selling the lot <br /> and is requesting a 6-month extension of this approval to decide whether or not <br /> to subdivide the lot into a smaller size. <br /> Applicable Regulations: <br /> Section 17-11.9 SUBDIVISIONS <br /> 5. Metes and Bounds Subdivision Approval, Subdivisions less than 10 acres in size <br /> or less than 500 feet in width. <br /> H. Failure of the subdivider to act after an approval of a Metes and <br /> Bounds subdivision within one (1) year shall void the approval <br /> unless extended by the Planning Commission. A second extension <br /> shall require a new review by the Planning Commission. <br /> Planning Commission Direction: The Planning can approve the extension , <br /> deny the application, or table the request if additional information is needed. <br /> Staff Recommendation: We recommend a motion to extend the approval of <br /> the metes and bounds subdivision to February 19, 2023. <br /> Pequot Lakes Staff Report 6.2-1 <br /> September 15,2022 <br />
