However,the siding on the commercial structure needs paint and repair or replacement of the damaged or rotting siding. Per City Code,the following Property Maintenance issues must be addressed within the next fifteen(15) days(by August 25, 2022): • Paint and repair or replace siding that is damaged or rotting. The City Code states in Section 17-7.4 EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE: Section 17-7.4 EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE All structures shall be properly maintained in a clean and acceptable manner so as not to constitute a menace to the public health, safety, convenience, general welfare, property values, and aesthetics.
