Zoning Administrator's Report A. July Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the Zoning Department: 1. There were no Land Use Permits issued in July. B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last meeting: 1. July 12 letter to Sumday, LLC regarding erosion onto Morehouse Drive; 2. July 19 letter to Thomas Peterson regarding landscaping along Peterson Path; 3. July 26 letter to Theodore and Ann Zierden regarding construction/ grading concerns on Mayo Lake; 4. July 27 Lawn Letter to William Moen; 5. July 27 Lawn Letter to Michael&Patricia Wenzler; 6. July 29 letter to Sumday, LLC regarding erosion onto Morehouse Drive; 7. August 2 letter to Daniel&Megan Craig regarding ATF permit for an accessory structure; 8. August 3 letter to Lee and Joanne Moren regarding Property Maintenance along West Lake Street; 9. August 3 letter to Gorton Properties LLC regarding Exterior Storage along Schmidt Way; 10.August 4 Lawn Letter to Daniel Cairns; 11. August 4 letter to Christopher&Sarah Savino regarding Exterior Storage; 12.August 9 letter to David&Christine Kennedy regarding Exterior Maintenance; 13.August 10 letter to John&Debra West regarding rezone approval. C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. > Robert Swenson—The City Council declared this property a public nuisance in 2017. The Prosecuting Attorney settled the case without resolution. (6/16) > Timothy&Kristi Crist— Exterior Storage and Abandoned Vehicles. (4/20) > Lloyd&Darleen McAninch— Exterior Storage.
