There were no Land Use Permits issued in July. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> 1. July 12 letter to Sumday, LLC regarding erosion onto Morehouse Drive; <br /> 2. July 19 letter to Thomas Peterson regarding landscaping along Peterson <br /> Path; <br /> 3. July 26 letter to Theodore and Ann Zierden regarding construction/ grading <br /> concerns on Mayo Lake; <br /> 4. July 27 Lawn Letter to William Moen; <br /> 5. July 27 Lawn Letter to Michael&Patricia Wenzler; <br /> 6. July 29 letter to Sumday, LLC regarding erosion onto Morehouse Drive; <br /> 7. August 2 letter to Daniel&Megan Craig regarding ATF permit for an <br /> accessory structure; <br /> 8. August 3 letter to Lee and Joanne Moren regarding Property Maintenance <br /> along West Lake Street; <br /> 9. The Prosecuting Attorney settled the case without resolution. <br /> (6/16) <br /> > Timothy&Kristi Crist— Exterior Storage and Abandoned Vehicles. (4/20) <br /> > Lloyd&Darleen McAninch— Exterior Storage. Staff has contacted <br /> individual occupying parcel. Numerous items have been removed.
