Facilities Performance: <br /> Average daily gallons pumped: 106,000 gallons <br /> Maximum daily gallons pumped: 137,000 gallons <br /> Minimum daily gallons pumped: 67,000 gallons <br /> Total monthly gallons pumped: 2,653,000 gallons (as of the 25th) <br /> Average daily chlorine concentration: .32 mg/I <br /> Required chlorine concentration: .2 to.5 mg/I <br /> Average daily fluoride concentration: 1.15 mg/I <br /> Required fluoride concentration: 0.9 mg/I to 1.5 mg/1 <br /> Treatment Chemicals Used for the Month: 10.2 gals Fluoride <br /> 21.0 lbs Chlorine <br /> II. Operations and Maintenance: <br /> • The MN Department of Health Monthly Fluoridation Report was completed and <br /> submitted. <br /> • Contacted Mid-State refrigeration to look at dehumidifier since it does not work. His <br /> findings were that the compressor has seized up and a bad relay needs replacement. <br /> Having tracked down a prior service invoice,the compressor is still under warranty and <br /> will be serviced as soon as the parts come in. <br /> • Performed all necessary scheduled maintenance tasks on equipment. <br /> • On the 12th, an unknown power surge was observed at the plant,which caused the well <br /> pumps to alternate during their runtime. Contacted Mn. Power to have their incoming <br /> power checked on the 13th. Everything was fine from their side. This happened again on <br /> the evening of the 19th. Greg from Pine River and Tina discovered that the contact <br /> relays in the control panel were arching from the power. Two relays were then switched <br /> to determine if this would eliminate the problem, and so far everything has been <br /> running fine. Spoke with Tim Houle on this problem as well as Karl Moon.
