In <br /> December, 2021 you stated the building had been secured and it is now open <br /> again. Due diligence must be taken to secure entry! <br /> • All leaf/needle piles must be removed and properly disposed of. <br /> • All piles of miscellaneous materials must be removed and properly disposed of. <br /> This property is in veru poor condition and must be brought into <br /> compliance or properly demolished! <br /> The City Code states in Section 17-7.4 EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE: <br /> Section 17-7.4 EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE <br /> All structures shall be properly maintained in a clean and acceptable manner so as <br /> not to constitute a menace to the public health, safety, convenience, general <br /> welfare, property values, and aesthetics.
