Per City Code,the following Property Maintenance issues must be addressed within the next thirty(30) days (by July 15, 2022): • Properly secure this building to prohibit rodents and transients from entering. In December, 2021 you stated the building had been secured and it is now open again. Due diligence must be taken to secure entry! • All leaf/needle piles must be removed and properly disposed of. • All piles of miscellaneous materials must be removed and properly disposed of. This property is in veru poor condition and must be brought into compliance or properly demolished! The City Code states in Section 17-7.4 EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE: Section 17-7.4 EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE All structures shall be properly maintained in a clean and acceptable manner so as not to constitute a menace to the public health, safety, convenience, general welfare, property values, and aesthetics.
