Pefigtit <br /> Lakes. <br /> (b) Description of the property, including both a legal <br /> description and a general description. <br /> (c) The general description shall include a description <br /> of the location, size,topography, soils, and access to <br /> the vegetation management area. <br /> (d) The name, address and phone number of the person <br /> or persons who will be in charge of the proposed <br /> vegetation management project. <br /> (e) Additional information that may be required for <br /> proper review of the management plan. <br /> (3) The management plan shall be made available by the <br /> Zoning Administrator for review and,upon,request,to the <br /> Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. <br /> D. Establishment of Primary Use. Garages and storage sheds may be <br /> permitted in the Forest Management zone without principle <br /> dwelling units. Properties with garages and storage sheds without <br /> a principal use shall have adequate buildable area for a principle <br /> dwelling unit, a sewer treatment system and a well. <br /> Staff Findings: Staff provides the following findings of fact for consideration by <br /> the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. The applicant is proposing to rezone 12 acres from "Agriculture"to "Forest <br /> Management". <br /> 2. The subject property is privately owned. The property owner has indicated <br /> plans to subdivide the property into two tracts; each tract would exceed 10 <br /> acres in size and 500 feet in width. <br /> 3. The subject property is not within the Shoreland Area and no Shoreland <br /> soil types have been identified. <br /> 4. The vegetative cover of the subject property consists of trees and grasses. <br /> 5. The subject property is not adjacent to a public water body. "In-water <br /> physical characteristics" and recreational use of surface water do not <br /> apply. <br /> 6. The subject property is accessed from Evenson Road. <br /> 7. The proposed rezoning does not increase the socio-economic development <br /> needs of the public. <br /> 8. The public sewer and water utilities are not available in the vicinity of the <br /> subject property. There are no plans to extend the public utilities to the <br /> area of the subject property. <br /> 9.
