The boat winterizing only employs one person for a <br /> short time and the cod:_"ction of the storage buildings would provide year round <br /> employment. He pl., s to use part of the third building that is heated. The units are more <br /> playhouses than either storage or utility buildings. He plans to construct maybe one per <br /> week with 8 to 10 units displayed for sale outside. Parking during the busiest weekends <br /> during the summer had approximately 50 cars per weekend. The sports show used <br /> substantially more parking than the Crafters Mall. <br /> Mr. Van Valkenburg further stated that the third building is for the wood shop. There is <br /> one employee now with only local sales anticipated.
