Tender Update <br /> Tom Nelson presented the staff report. <br /> 8. Police <br /> 8.1 Police Department Monthly Report <br /> The April 2022, Police Department Monthly Report was received by Council. <br /> 9. Public Works <br /> 9.1. Public Works Report <br /> The May 2022, Public Works Monthly Report was received by Council. <br /> 9.2. Capital Assess Reallocation <br /> Mr. Spiczka presented the staff report. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT MOVED TO APPROVE THE CAPITAL ASSET <br /> REALLOCATION PLAN AS PRESENTED.COUNCIL MEMBER SEILS <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 9.3. 9TH Avenue <br /> Mr. Spiczka presented the staff report. Mayor Gardner discussed paving 9th <br /> Avenue with Loon Lake Township and the City of Jenkins. <br /> Consensus of the Council is for staff to collaborate with Loon Lake Township <br /> regarding pursuing the project. <br /> 9.4 Patriot Avenue Redesign <br /> Tim Houle presented the staff report and explained the two options for the <br /> proposed temporary test section along Patriot Avenue. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding how the design can be laid out, width of the current <br /> road, parking areas and sidewalks. Mr. Houle stated that either tape or paint on <br /> the pavement along with"planters" and tube delineators can be used to lay out <br /> the area. <br /> Consensus of the Council is to move forward with option 1 of the proposed <br /> temporary test section. <br />
