• Signs — When the Patriot Development classification was developed, uses in <br /> that zone would require a Conditional Use Permit. Staff recently noted that <br /> signage that meets the City Code required a Conditional Use Permit. The <br /> Planning Commission's recommendation is to permit signage that meets the <br /> requirements of the City Code. <br /> • Grading — Section 17-7.13 was not as clear as footnote #3 on the Land Use <br /> Matrix. The Planning Commission's recommendation is to amend this <br /> section to include the additional language in the footnote. <br /> The attached amendment includes areas to be stricken and language to be added. <br /> The Public Hearing was held May 19 and the Planning Commission unanimously <br /> recommends the City Council amend the City Code as presented. <br /> Council Action Requested: <br /> A. Council motion authorizing summary publication. (4/5 vote required) <br />
