amplified music, food and beverage service, security plans, <br /> parking, and hours of operation. <br /> d. Such other information as the City Council may deem <br /> necessary. <br /> (2). Sales and Consumption. No sales or consumption of alcoholic <br /> beverages shall be permitted beyond the Expanded Premises. <br /> (3). Police Protection. If required by the City Council,the applicant <br /> shall provide, at the applicant's expense,policing of the licensed <br /> premises by security personnel approved by the Police Chief. <br /> (4). Hours of Sale and Consumption. In addition to the provisions of <br /> this Chapter, the City Council may further restrict the sale and <br /> consumption of alcoholic beverages pursuant to a Temporary <br /> Expansion License to certain hours. <br /> (5). Identification. The applicant shall require proof of legal age to <br /> consume at the time of sale of an alcoholic beverage. Furthermore, <br /> the City Council may require each person to whom a sale is made <br /> to wear a wrist band or an identification stamp on the person's <br /> hand to identify that the person is of legal age to consume <br /> alcoholic beverages. <br /> (6). Proof of Insurance. The applicant shall file proof that liability <br /> insurance, at a minimum amount of$1,000,000 per occurrence; <br /> $2-3000,000 $1,000,000 annual aggregate, applies to the Expanded <br /> Premises. <br /> (7). Amplified Music. All speakers used to amplify music, or any <br /> other activity, are to be set up at ground level. Any deviation from <br /> ground level amplification must have prior approval by the City <br /> Council as part of the application process. <br /> (8). Decibel Level. Outdoor events associated with the Expanded <br /> Premises shall not exceed a decibel level of sixty-five decibels at a <br /> distance of 100 feet from the event site. In the event the maximum <br /> decibel level is exceeded, the Temporary Expansion License may <br /> be revoked and the licensee shall immediately discontinue the <br /> event. <br /> (9). Food Vendors. If food is served at the event and it is not prepared <br /> by the permanently licensed premises, all food vendors <br /> participating in the event must be properly licensed and abide by <br /> all Minnesota Department of Health regulations. <br /> Pequot Lakes City Code 8 <br />
