Fire District Joint Powers Board Appointment <br /> Mayor Gardner presented the staff report. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SEILS MOVED TO APPOINT ROBERT(BOB) <br /> PETERSON TO THE PLPD JOINT POWERS BOARD. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> CLEMENT SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 7.3. Buildino Maintenance <br /> Tom Nelson presented the staff report. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding the maintenance issues of the entire building. Mr. <br /> Spiczka stated that Mr. Roy with the public works department is building a report <br /> for all City assets, once the report is complete the building committee will meet to <br /> discuss options and start planning for improvements. <br />
