Ruth Ann Hanson, Chamber of Commerce, indicated that the Ox <br /> Trot program will be used for exposure, tourism, and marketing. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE <br /> PARK BOARD TO PURCHASE THE OX AT $4,300 WITH $2,150 <br /> FUNDED FROM COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND AND $2,150 <br /> FUNDED FROM THE PARK FUND BALANCE. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-1. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER RYAN OPPOSED. <br /> 10.5. Health Insurance Committee <br /> The City Clerk informed the Council that Staff will be forming a Health <br /> Insurance Committee to review health insurance issues. She requested <br /> the Council to appoint a member to the City's Health Insurance <br /> Committee. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO APPOINT COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> RYAN TO THE HEALTH INSURANCE COMMITTEE. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER ORASKOVICH SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 10.6. Board of Review Meeting <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL <br /> MEETING OF THE BOARD OF REVIEW FOR MAY 1, 2008 AT 10:00 <br /> A.M. AT CITY HALL.
