Applicant was present. <br /> Chair L. Larson inquired about the possible fence encroachment on survey. Mr. Burslie <br /> stated this is a pre-existing use, so it poses no issue. Brittny Summers, Edina Realty, <br /> stated the new owners will building a new dwelling on Parcel A and the fence <br /> encroachment is in the purchase agreement to be removed. <br /> 1 <br />
