Operation of an indoor sports facility would be considered a <br /> "Commercial Use, Other" in the Land Use Matrix, and establishing a school in the <br /> Commercial zone requires a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> The applicants propose to use the existing outbuilding to house the indoor sports <br /> facility, The YARD Sports Complex (Young Athletes Reaching Dreams), which <br /> will be remodeled to contain batting cages for indoor practice and an athletic <br /> center. The existing dwelling will be used for Organic Roots K - 6 Forest- <br /> Montessori inspired school. <br /> The property is not served by municipal water and wastewater.
